Agile Methods in Practice

Agile methodologies are much talked about and for good reason: they can enable a new way of doing business, much better adapted to an economy based upon information.
However, there is a gap between the way that developers talk about agility and what the organisation needs to make it work in practice. This paper aims to explain agility in practice for business managers.
Our job is to help organisations to integrate the practices of agility into their current practices and thereby to achieve significant gains in speed, cost and customer satisfaction, financial results, as well as developer support.
